COMMITTEES

Marketing and Creatives Committee

Production, Marketing and Website maintenance. Main purpose is to be able to advertise and promote the team to other organizations and to non-members. Thus, they are in-charge of all publications used for such. This would include both digital and printed media. This committee is in charge of all communications inside and outside of the organization. They conduct surveys for members and non-members so as to keep track on the group’s performance and handling per expedition.

Secretarial and Logistics Committee

In charge of noting, keeping and filing of all the team’s necessary documents, and create the itineraries for the team activities. This shall include the minutes of all the meetings, member’s personal records, application forms and waiver forms. They compile the itineraries (schedule and program), budgets needed, and other necessary information to be able to host an organized and systematic activity.

Medical Committee

Keeps track of the health and wellness of the team members and guests. By doing so, they would have all access to the each member’s personal records (provided by the Secretarial Committee). They also monitor and keep track of the teams’ Medical Equipment and Medical Supplies. This committee is also in charge of Medical skills of the members of the team and should be monitored yearly. This Committee should be inclined with SAR and Training Committee.

Training and Expedition Committee

This committee is responsible in organizing all types of trainings for members and applicants. They perform high level of trainings, and evaluate each members performances and skill level. They are also in charge of the monthly trainings and yearly physical & skills proficiency exam. They’re also in charge of proposing and planning climbs and other activities. This committee should be inclined with SAR and Medical Committee.

Search and Rescue Committee

This committee is a combination of the two (2) committees, which are the Medical and Training Committee. It is in charge, and has the capacity to perform search and rescue protocols if needed or requested. Members of this committee must undergo basic to advanced trainings, and must be in good physical and mental condition. They are also in charge of monitoring SAR Equipments and maintaining its good condition. This Committee should be inclined with Medical and Training Committee.
